This pillar is organized into six specialized departments and operates across four countries: Mauritius, Madagascar, Rwanda, and the Comoros. In total, 115 employees make up this strategic business unit of Kasa Group.

In recent years, Ducray Lenoir has stood out through the supply of equipment to clinics and hospitals, particularly in radiotherapy.
